Candiace Dillard Bassett<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s social media presence hasn\u2019t gone unnoticed.<\/p>\n

The Real Housewives of Potomac<\/em><\/a> star, 39, got candid about allegedly facing a hefty fine for \u201cliking\u201d comments on X over the years during a Wednesday, March 4, episode of the \u201cUndomesticated\u201d podcast<\/a>.<\/p>\n

While chatting about Lisa Rinna<\/strong>\u2019s new book, You Better Believe I\u2019m Gonna Talk About It<\/em>, Dillard Bassett discussed her Traitors<\/em><\/a> costar getting fined $50,000 by NBC \u201cfor breach of contract.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dillard Bassett claimed Rinna, 62, was fined for \u201csaying things online that go against your contract.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tThe Real Housewives of Potomac\u2019s Candiace Dillard Bassett was deeply hurt by her costar and former friend Robyn Dixon fueling rumors that her husband, Chris Bassett, cheated on her. \u201cIt was gut-wrenching. It was like stabbing me in my front and it almost felt a little bit \u2014 it felt intentional,\u201d Candiace, 37, exclusively told [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI remember I texted her and I was like, \u2018I feel really seen by that.\u2019 I always kinda felt like I was alone in that,\u201d Dillard Bassett shared. \u201cI, too, have been fined. Not quite $50,000,\u201d she added. \u201cMaybe somewhere around $35,000.\u201d<\/p>\n

When asked what she was fined for, Dillard Bassett shared, \u201cThere are rules. There are rules that come into play when it matters. There was definitely a paralegal or somebody in business whose job it was just to watch my Twitter. And this was back when you could see people\u2019s \u2018likes.\u2019 And I would \u2018like\u2019 s***.\u201d She quipped, \u201cIf something sat well in my spirit, boop. Like, like, like. I was liking left, right and center. And that went against the rule.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added, \u201cI would say things \u2014 but it was mostly me affirming things that were being said.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dillard Bassett went on to say that she wasn\u2019t even told when she was fined and found out after she received a check that was lower than she expected. \u201cThey wouldn\u2019t even tell me. I would just get my money and be like, \u2018This looks a little short.\u2019 And then I\u2019d call and [they would say], \u2018Yeah, we took some of it,\u2019\u201d she laughed. \u201cThanks for telling me!\u201d<\/p>\n

Dillard Bassett also shared that she didn\u2019t know of any other Housewives<\/a> who were fined for their social media presence, so she felt especially \u201cseen\u201d by Rinna\u2019s revelation.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was asked not to use certain adjectives to describe people,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

Rinna who starred alongside Dillard Bassett as a Traitor on season 4 of the Peacock series, opened up about being fined $50,000 by Bravo in her book, which was released last month.<\/p>\n
