A 35-year-old woman has been arrested for attempted murder after she allegedly fired shots Sunday at Rihanna\u2019s Beverly Hills home, the Los Angeles Police Department told celebrity.land.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The woman, identified as Ivanna Ortiz, was taken into custody Sunday, according to The Los Angeles Times<\/a>. The LAPD said a weapon was recovered from the scene, but didn\u2019t tell celebrity.land how many rounds Ortiz shot or what kind of weapon was used. The woman used an AR-15-style gun, and Rihanna was home at the time of the shooting, but no injuries have been reported, the Times stated. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The LAPD told celebrity.land that the incident is still under investigation. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

According to a police radio dispatch reviewed by the Times, 10 shots had been fired from a car across the street from Rihanna\u2019s home. At least four of the rounds hit the home, according to NBC4<\/a>. Police found bullet holes in the gate at the \u201cDiamonds\u201d singer\u2019s home, the Times reported. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The car fled the neighborhood, according to the dispatch, and Ortiz was arrested 30 minutes after the 911 call was made. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cWhen they pulled the suspect over and took her into custody, they searched the vehicle and located an assault rifle and seven casings,\u201d an LAPD spokesperson told the Times. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
