Nick Antosca<\/a> has confirmed just how terrifying Amy Adams’ crime thriller remake is going to be.<\/p>\n

Apple TV<\/a>‘s series rendition of Cape Fearhas been described by Antosca, who serves as showrunner, as a “nightmare remix” of the Robert De Niro<\/a> movie of the same name. Serving as the third adaptation of John D. MacDonald<\/a>‘s 1957 novel The Executioners<\/a>, the Cape Fear TV show follows public defenders Anna and Tom Bowden<\/a>, who are targeted by former client Max Cady<\/a>.<\/p>\n
