BIG|BRAVE<\/strong> have announced their 10th full-length, in grief or in hope<\/i>, due out June 12th, 2026.<\/p>\n The trio have also debuted the lead single “the ineptitude for mutual discernment” along with an accompanying video created by guitarist Mat Ball<\/strong>, with color correction handled by filmmaker Stacy Lee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n A European tour is planned for this spring, with additional North American dates expected to be announced.<\/p>\n The new album is being described as a shift toward denser, more guitar-forward material. It also marks the first time longtime touring bassist Liam Andrews<\/strong> (My Disco, Aicher) has joined guitarist\/vocalist Robin Wattie <\/strong>and guitarist Mathieu Ball<\/strong> in the studio, with the sessions said to have leaned into a live recording approach.<\/p>\n Wattie shared the following:<\/p>\n I wanted to explore catchy, melodic phrasing weaved throughout the intensity of the instrumentation and droney chord changes.
