People was the first to <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/mickey-rourke-defaults-eviction-case-lease-on-los-angeles-home-canceled-exclusive-11923074\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">report the news<\/a> on Tuesday. <\/p>\n<p>A rep for Rourke did not immediately return Page Six\u2019s request for comment. <\/p>\n<p>In December, a court filing demanded Rourke vacate the home in three days or come up with <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/01\/05\/celebrity-news\/mickey-rourke-raising-money-to-avoid-eviction-after-falling-behind-60k-in-rent\/\">$59,100 in back rent<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Rourke, 73, was later seen <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/01\/05\/celebrity-news\/mickey-rourke-staying-at-luxury-west-hollywood-hotel-after-crowdfunding-to-avoid-eviction\/\">removing belongings from the house<\/a> in January, with a U-Haul truck appearing in the driveway a day later.
