Jackie O Henderson\u2019s radio career may have come to a standstill but she is still powering ahead with her estimated $25 million mansion project.<\/p>\n

Henderson has not been on-air since her February argument with co-host Kyle Sandilands that ultimately saw the end of their KIIS FM breakfast show after a 25-year broadcast partnership.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, the former radio queen appeared to embrace a slower pace as she was photographed arriving for an 11am meeting at the construction site of her multi-million-dollar Clovelly cliffside mansion.<\/p>\n

Henderson looked relaxed as she surveyed the progress of the luxury build, joined by architect Madeleine Blanchfield and builders.<\/p>\n

Her visit to the site proves that while her early morning radio schedule may be on pause, it\u2019s all systems go for her sprawling dream home after she entered the second year of a decade-long, $100 million contract.<\/p>\n

Architectural renders for the residence revealed a light-filled luxury home designed to maximise sweeping ocean views, featuring expansive floor-to-ceiling glass, open-plan living spaces and seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining areas.<\/p>\n

Plans for the property also include a resort-style pool terrace overlooking the water and warm, minimalist interiors \u2014 all thoughtfully oriented to capture the idyllic coastal outlook.<\/p>\n

As previously revealed, Henderson purchased the cliff-top pad in 2023 before lodging plans for a reported $5 million transformation.<\/p>\n

A project insider reportedly said it could see Henderson sitting on a property worth up to $25 million once finished.<\/p>\n

It comes after Sandilands issued his first public statement<\/a> since being suspended where he denied he breached his $100 million contract by criticising Henderson.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe truth is that ARN terminated Jackie\u2019s contract on the same day it accused me of a breach,\u201d Sandilands said.<\/p>\n

\u201cAll of this happened while I was being told to sit quietly and say nothing.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat is not a genuine process.\u201d<\/p>\n

The on-air friction between the duo stemmed from Sandilands berating Henderson during a live broadcast, where he criticised her after she looked into Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor\u2019s horoscope.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re off with the fairies … every segment, every time you\u2019ve spoken, you don\u2019t even know what\u2019s going on,\u201d Sandilands said in his rant.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re not doing the rest of the job and everyone in this building has mentioned it to me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Earlier in the week Henderson claimed<\/a> she did not quit or resign from the radio show as was first reported per a statement from ARN.<\/p>\n

\u201cOver the past few days, there has been a lot of speculation and misinformation about my departure from the show. I want to make one important point very clear: I did not quit or resign,\u201d she said in a statement issued by her manager Gemma O\u2019Neill.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am deeply saddened by the events of the past week and the possibility of the show ending. This has come as a shock to me, as it has to everyone else.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe current media narrative does not reflect what actually occurred, and it has been truly heartbreaking to see how this has unfolded.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt this stage, I am unable to say anything further, as I am addressing this through the appropriate legal channels.<\/p>\n
