Wirtz will present a screening of their documentary film, \u201cThe Florida Chitlin\u2019 Circuit,\u201d March 12 at 7 p.m. at Florida Southern College in Lakeland.<\/p>\n The 45-minute documentary explores Florida\u2019s vibrant, mid-20th-century circuit for Black entertainers, according to a news release. Through interviews with R&B and blues musicians, the film offers stories from those who lived and loved the scene.<\/p>\n Music and a question-and-answer session will follow.<\/p>\n The screening will take place at Branscomb room 202.
