Focus Features<\/a> has moved back the release date of Georgia Oakley<\/a>\u2019s adaptation of \u201cSense and Sensibility<\/a>\u201d one month to October 16.<\/p>\n

The film based on the classic Jane Austen<\/a> novel \u2014 which was initially set to debut in September \u2014 stars Daisy Edgar-Jones<\/a> and Esm\u00e9 Creed-Miles<\/a> as Elinor<\/a> and Marianne Dashwood, two sisters who must move from their family estate to a small cottage after the death of their father leaves them with little money. While at the humble abode, the pair navigate romance, heartbreak and an uncertain future.<\/p>\n

Caitr\u00edona Balfe<\/a>, Frank Dillane<\/a>, Herbert Nordrum<\/a>, Bodhi Rae Breathnach<\/a>, George MacKay<\/a> and Fiona Shaw<\/a> also star in the film, with screenwriter Diana Reid<\/a> adapting Austen<\/a>\u2019s book.<\/p>\n
