\n\tThe Pussycat Dolls<\/a>, best known for hits \u201cButtons,\u201d \u201cWhen I Grow Up,\u201d and \u201cDon\u2019t Cha,\u201d have confirmed their reunion with the release of a new single and global tour dates in the U.S. and Europe.<\/p>\n

\n\tNicole Scherzinger \u2014\u00a0who, in the time since the Dolls last performed, has won an Olivier and Tony Award for her performance<\/a> in the <\/em>stage revival of Sunset Boulevard <\/em>\u2014 dropped \u201cClub Song\u201d on Thursday alongside bandmates Kimberly Wyatt and Ashley Roberts. Though there were six in the original Pussycat Dolls, Jessica Sutta, Carmit Bachar, and Melody Thornton are not joining the reunion.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cClub Song\u201d is the group\u2019s first single since \u201cReact,\u201d released in 2020. It is set to be followed by a host of live shows on the 53-date PCD Forever <\/em>tour, kicking off in California at the beginning of June with special guest Lil\u2019 Kim and Mya joining for the North America dates.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Pussycat Dolls \u2014\u00a0also reissuing their albums PCD <\/em>and Doll Domination <\/em>on May. 8 \u2014 will then hit Europe, starting in Copenhagen, before a string of eight shows in the U.K.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe group had announced a reunion in 2019 with plans to tour in 2020, but as the COVID pandemic hit and delays occurred, Scherzinger finally confirmed it was cancelled entirely in January 2022 \u2014\u00a0but not before becoming embroiled in a lawsuit<\/a> over the tour\u2019s launch.<\/p>\n

\n\tWyatt told BBC News<\/a> that reuniting was \u201can incredible thing to be able to do after 20 years.\u201d Scherzinger said: \u201cThe timing of everything was just perfect\u2026 After 20 years, you\u2019re like, \u2018Where is everybody?\u2019 But for us, it aligned,\u201d she continued. \u201cPeople are in different places in their lives, some of the other people have different commitments and priorities, but this worked out for us.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tRoberts even revealed that it was Scherzinger who first reached out about re-grouping.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
