During a wide-ranging conversation with The Ringer host Sean Fennessey<\/a> at the Hilton Austin, part of the South by Southwest Film Festival and ostensibly to start promoting his new film \u201cDisclosure Day<\/a>\u201d (out on June 12), Steven Spielberg<\/a> revealed that he is very much in development on a Western.<\/p>\n

Earlier in the conversation, Spielberg<\/a> said that he wants \u201cto make a Western.\u201d He then said, half-serious, \u201cAnd I want to shoot it in Texas!\u201d Spielberg then added, \u201cThere\u2019s going to be horses. And guns. And there will be no tropes. There will be no stereotypes.\u201d<\/p>\n
