Labrinth<\/a> is taking aim at the entertainment industry in a cryptic new social media post.<\/p>\n

On Friday, March 13, the 37-year-old musician took to Instagram<\/a> to blast both Columbia Records and “Euphoria,” the HBO show<\/a> for which he served as lead composer.<\/a> “I’m done with this industry,” the singer-songwriter wrote over a black screen. The post was not accompanied by a caption.<\/p>\n

“[Screw] Columbia. Double [screw] ‘Euphoria,'” the statement continued. “I’m out. Thank you and goodnight.” USA TODAY has reached out to Labrinth’s representatives for comment.<\/p>\n

Born Timothy Lee McKenzie, Labrinth rose to fame in the mid-2010s. His 2014 single “Jealous” was certified platinum in the U.K. in 2018, the same year he formed the group LSD alongside DJ Diplo<\/a> and singer Sia<\/a>.<\/p>\n
