In her sophomore feature \u201cMy Father Killed Bourguiba,\u201d Tunisian filmmaker Fatma Riahi<\/a> examines her father\u2019s role in a failed plot to overthrow the country\u2019s first president, exploring how his political choices impacted the family after his imprisonment and how that\u2019s shaped the course of her life.<\/p>\n

The film, which is produced by Riahi<\/a> in co-production with Dora Bouchoucha<\/a> and Lina Chaabane<\/a> of Tunisian outfit Nomadis Images<\/a> and Omar Ben Ali<\/a> of SVP Production<\/a>, was selected for the Pitching Forum at the Thessaloniki Intl. Documentary Festival, which runs March 5 \u2013 15.<\/p>\n
