Designed by Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design, with a facade created in collaboration with London-based Jason Bruges Studio, the development will contain 576 residential units.<\/p>\n<p>According to the developer, 40 percent of the apartments will be set aside for workforce housing under the Live Local Act.
