Fans were able to vote for their favorite looks at Sunday’s award show via USA TODAY’s Style Meter<\/a>, a fashion\u2011forward extension of USA TODAY’s Meter series, which also includes Movie Meter<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The “If I Had Legs I’d Kick You<\/a>” star had a leg up on the others in a black strapless gown with three-dimensional metallic florals sprouting across the Dior design and its train.<\/p>\n

Byrne, who paired her look with a bold lip and slicked-back hair, was also featured in USA TODAY’s list of best-dressed stars<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Based on the total number of votes, the film with the highest average rating among the 10 “best picture” nominees was named the winner.<\/p>\n
