A mainstream country star with a bit of a bluegrass streak, Bentley would be wise to pull up a day early, as the previous night Americana talent Rhiannon Giddens kicks off her five-date American Tunes: Lift Ev’ry Voice and Sing tour (June 26) with the great Mary Chapin Carpenter and Hurray for the Riff Raff. (Sadly, gospel legend and certified fountain of joy Mavis Staples, who joins Giddens and company for the rest of the tour, will not be at the Woodinville show.)

Other highlights include a doozy of a doubleheader with Wynonna Judd and Melissa Etheridge (July 24), ‘90s R&B greats Boyz II Men (July 25), alt rock singer-songwriter Tori Amos with inventive indie rocker Bartees Strange (Sept. 2), and bluesy Icelandic rockers Kaleo (July 3).

McLachlan, who tapped Americana star Allison Russell to open, and Tedeschi Trucks Band with support from Lukas Nelson (Aug. 4-5) are currently the only announced artists pulling two nighters at the vino estate.

Saving one of the best for last, sublimely cosmic instrumental duo Hermanos Gutiérrez — which dazzled with a golden-hour set last summer to christen the return of concerts at Pier 62 — plays a late-season date Sept. 27 to close the summer in style.

Elsewhere, summer amphitheater regulars like Ziggy Marley (July 1), The Australian Pink Floyd Show (Aug. 2) and Gypsy Kings (Aug. 21) will take the Woodinville stage this year.

Tickets for the newly announced shows go on sale at 10 a.m. March 23 at chateauconcerts.com.
