Kyle Sandilands joked he was dressed to attend a job interview after he finished filming Australian Idol amid doubt over his breakfast radio future.<\/p>\n

The shock jock is nervously anticipating the verdict on his $100m KIIS FM radio contract after ARN \u2014 the station\u2019s owner \u2014 deemed his behaviour towards co-host Jackie O Henderson during a live broadcast on February 20 inappropriate.<\/p>\n

When appearing as a judge on Australian Idol on Tuesday night, Sandilands said there was \u201cnothing else on his mind\u201d other than the fate of the remaining 12 contestants on the show.<\/p>\n

He also joked about his professional-looking attire while sitting on the judges\u2019 panel alongside Marcia Hines and Amy Shark.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m wearing this suit because I have a job interview at Lowes after,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Lowes is a affordable clothing outlet with stores across Australia.<\/p>\n

His comments hint at the decision ARN executives are expected to make \u201cimminently\u201d.<\/p>\n

ARN suspended the controversial host on March 3 and said he had 14 days to remedy the breach, with the show taken off the airwaves in the meantime.<\/p>\n

Sandilands appeared outside his Sydney home on Tuesday, where he told media he expected ARN to honour his contract.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt the end of the day, I\u2019ve got a contract with ARN, and I expect them to honour that,\u201d Sandilands said on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

\u201cI do have some options if they don\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n

When asked about whether he would look into buying out the media company, which has a market cap of about $106 million, Sandilands smiled and said he had \u201cmany options\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cI still want to do the show, the listeners want me back on doing the show,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

The friction between the breakfast hosts stemmed from Sandilands\u2019 criticism of Jackie O\u2019s obsession with astrology after she looked into Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor\u2019s horoscope.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re off with the fairies … every segment, every time you\u2019ve spoken, you don\u2019t even know what\u2019s going on,\u201d Sandilands said.<\/p>\n
