She loves her job and loves that she can be home with the kids after school. The ups and downs. And all of the blessings and beautiful memories in between,\u201d she wrote atop a sunset photo at the time.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am incredibly grateful for the support and love you\u2019ve given me through it all. For that reason, I want to share with you that a few months ago, Brian and I made the decision to separate,\u201d she continued, noting that the former couple \u201cbegan as friends, and we will remain the closest of friends.\u201d  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cMost importantly, we will continue to co-parent our three wonderful boys together with nothing but love and respect for another.
