Two-time Oscar winner Jane Fonda<\/a> will star in \u201cThe Correspondent<\/a>,\u201d the upcoming film adaptation of Virginia Evans\u2019 bestselling novel. After a competitive seven-studio bidding war, Lionsgate<\/a> landed rights to the film adaptation.<\/p>\n

Fonda will also produce the film along with Todd Lieberman<\/a> of Hidden Pictures<\/a>. Screenwriter Cat Vasko<\/a> (upcoming \u201cJour J (Unbridaled),\u201d \u201cZero Stars: Do Not Recommend) will adapt the screenplay and executive produce alongside Evans.<\/p>\n
