Don\u2019t do it,\u201d she said<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n A film and television staffer is going viral for advising against cosmetic procedures for anyone doing on-camera work.<\/p>\n Kaiya, a Los Angeles-based TikTok<\/a> user, has gained more than 1 million views on a post as of Monday, March 16, for her Feb. 26 video sharing her hot take on why certain enhancements aren\u2019t suggested in the entertainment industry.<\/p>\n \u201cI work in casting for film and TV, and let me just give you one tip,\u201d she said at the start of her brief clip. \u201cDo not touch your face. Don\u2019t do it.\u201d<\/p>\n According to Kaiya, that means \u201cno Botox, no lip flip, no lip blushing, no permanent makeup, nothing.\u201d<\/p>\n While Botox can be used to treat migraines, the neurotoxin is also widely used in the cosmetic field to treat things like moderate to severe frown lines, forehead lines and crow’s feet, by providing a smoother, more youthful appearance.<\/p>\n Results typically last three to four months before the next dosage is needed.<\/p>\n Lip flips can also be done using Botox, and this is a non-surgical procedure that relaxes the muscles around the upper lip, causing it to slightly flip upward for a fuller and more pronounced look without adding volume.<\/p>\n Lip blushing and permanent makeup are cosmetic procedures that offer a tattoo-like experience, depositing pigment into certain areas of the skin with tiny needles to achieve a desired look.<\/p>\n \u201cDon\u2019t even think about it,\u201d Kaiya said. \u201cDon\u2019t even f—ing pluck your eyebrows for that matter.
