You threw me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Paul, notably, later alleged to police that Mortensen threw her on the ground before he began filming her with his cell phone.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>In the cell phone recording, Paul tried to kick Mortensen before hurling chairs in his direction. <span class=\"credit\">Instagram \/ @taylorfrankiepaul<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Her daughter, Indy, was struck during the altercation. <span class=\"credit\">Taylor Frankie Paul \/ Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Mortensen, mid-scuffle, urged Paul to \u201cgo help [her] daughter,\u201d and when he attempted to do so, she yelled at him to \u201cget away\u201d from Indy.<\/p>\n<p>After Mortensen professed his \u201clove\u201d for Paul\u2019s children and accused her of being \u201cdrunk,\u201d the doorbell rang with police arriving at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>Mortensen told officials Paul was \u201chammered,\u201d and he was \u201csober,\u201d to which the MomTok star replied, \u201cYou\u2019re throwing stuff at me sober?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On Thursday, a spokesperson for Paul railed against the release of the \u201cselectively edited\u201d video, \u201cwhich conveniently omits context,\u201d dubbing it part of Mortensen\u2019s \u201cnever-ending, desperate, attention-seeking, destructive campaign to harm Taylor without any regard for the consequences for their child.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The on-again, off-again couple continued to argue until police arrived. <span class=\"credit\">TikTok\/@dakotamortensen<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>At the time, Paul was arrested and charged with felony aggravated assault, which she pleaded guilty to. <span class=\"credit\">Disney<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The rep claimed, \u201c[Doing this] on their son [Ever\u2019s] birthday is a reprehensible attempt to distract from his own behavior.
