Signal\u2019\u00a0 earlier this month. It <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/news\/music\/listen-to-muses-explosive-new-single-unravelling-3871333\">follows lead single \u2018Unravelling\u2019<\/a>, which they shared in June last year.<\/p>\n<p>The track begins with a grand church organ before introducing elements of electronica and erupting with a dose of guitar rock, with one fan on YouTube writing, \u201cMuse doesn\u2019t need a genre, they are a genre.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Some looked back on previous Muse tracks. One said, \u201cIt\u2019s like \u2018Something Human\u2019 and \u2018Invincible\u2019 had a baby!\u201d while another fan wrote, \u201cGod, it\u2019s like listening to a mix of different songs all in one. What an intro and outro. I love your versatility and I can\u2019t wait to hear the rest of the album. You changed my life in so many ways and I\u2019ll always \u2018Be With You\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Over on the <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/Muse\/comments\/1rx0twr\/be_with_you_discussion_megathread\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">r\/Muse subreddit<\/a>, however, people were less enthusiastic. One fan suggested that the Devon rockers \u201cneed to take more risks with their songwriting,\u201d while another said: \u201cI don\u2019t get their new obsession with lightly dipping the tip into a riff and then immediately pulling out in the recent songs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI just kept waiting for the song to hit, to scratch the itch so to speak, and it never happened. Just not exciting or memorable,\u201d said another. \u201cI\u2019ve been following Muse for nearly 20 years now and refuse to give up hope yet, but I won\u2019t say the thought has crossed my mind.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>One more opined, \u201cThis is so bad.
