Muse<\/a> have announced a new album,\u00a0The WOW! Signal,\u00a0<\/em>out on June 26th via Warner Records. They\u2019ve also shared a brand new song, \u201cBe With You.\u201d<\/p>\n For their tenth album, Muse looked to the cosmos for inspiration; its name comes from a famous space observation logged in 1977, when an astronomer detected a powerful 72-second radio burst originating from the constellation Sagittarius. Believing it to be from a potentially extraterrestrial source, the astronomer circled the sequence \u201c6EQUJ5\u201d and wrote \u201cWOW!\u201d beside it. Their new album isn\u2019t Muse\u2019s only foray into the mysteries and allure of outer space, having frequently touched on cosmic and philosophical themes on albums like Black Holes and Revelations<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Simulation Theory<\/em> and songs like \u201cNeutron Star Collision.\u201d<\/p>\n Get Muse Tickets Here<\/a><\/p>\n The trio are also spreading the news of the new album in a particularly apt way: literally sending it to space. In partnership with Sent Into Space, Muse sent a specially-designed tablet 33km up into the atmosphere to premiere the video for their new song, \u201cBe With You.\u201d They also launched a secondary package containing stickers for a limited-edition vinyl release to be claimed by fans.<\/p>\n Related Video<\/p>\n As for \u201cBe With You,\u201d the band have aimed for a sound as large as space itself, employing all their anthemic might and letting frontman Matthew Bellamy\u2019s vocals soar. Unlike their last album\u00a0Will of the People<\/em><\/a> or their 2025 single \u201cUnravelling\u201d<\/a> \u2014 which won\u2019t appear on The WOW! Signal<\/em> \u2014 \u201cBe With You\u201d takes more cues from electronic music and the outsized future bass stylings of producers like Illenium. Though it reads like a love song, there\u2019s certainly an air of discovery and hope in \u201cBe With You.\u201d Watch the track\u2019s cosmic-themed music video below.<\/p>\n Muse\u2019s last album was 2022\u2019s\u00a0Will of the People<\/em>. Since then, they re-emerged in 2025 to offer the standalone single \u201cUnravelling\u201d and headlined a select few fests in Europe. They\u2019ve yet to announce a North American tour in support of The WOW! Signal<\/em>, but they do have a pair of performances set for this summer at Milwaukee\u2019s Summerfest and Quebec City\u2019s Festival d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 de Qu\u00e9bec.
