The panel was discussing a recent article in \u201cCosmopolitan\u201d concerning a woman in a happy long-term relationship who, nonetheless,<\/span> is nostalgic for her single days.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Turns out the 70-year-old Goldberg could relate as co-host Joy Behar, 83, found out when she asked Goldberg if she missed those days, to which Goldberg insisted, \u201cI <\/span>am<\/span><\/em> single.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Behar then said she didn\u2019t assume Goldberg was into going to bars to look for dates. However,<\/span> Goldberg confirmed, \u201cYeah, I bar hop. I go hang! I do hit and runs when I need it!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

After co-host Sara Haines teased that \u201cthe guys\u2019ll love that,\u201d Goldberg quickly responded, \u201cThey do.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The audience applauded at Goldberg\u2019s use of the phrase, \u201chit and run,\u201d a term<\/span> she also used in December<\/span><\/a> when she admitted that she\u2019s \u201cnot interested in a committed relationship.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Goldberg has long extolled the virtues of keeping things casual.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In February, the thrice-married <\/span>Goldberg told Interview Magazine<\/span><\/a> that she has learned over the last quarter-century that \u201cnot everybody\u2019s cut out to be in a relationship\u201d and some people are \u201cjust cut out to be one-night stands.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t want to live with anybody. I lived with my daughter. That\u2019s all I can handle,\u201d she said, \u201cI have lots of people that I love, but I don\u2019t need them living with me. I don\u2019t need to be sleeping with them.\u201d<\/span> <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
