Celebrated as the most-recognized singer from Colombia\u2019s Pacific coast, G\u00f3ngora is a masterful composer who was nominated for a 2019 Latin Grammy nomination for Best Folk Album with her band Canal\u00f3n de Timbiqu\u00ed. <\/p>\n<p>She combines world music and the deep traditions of her hometown of Timbiqu\u00ed. G\u00f3ngora\u2019s music journeys to the soul of a region declared a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
