Host Ken Jennings answered a question about whether the clues for Celebrity Jeopardy! are easier than on the original Jeopardy!<\/p>\n

Fans had a lot to say after learning Ken\u2019s answer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ken Jennings<\/strong><\/a> is answering the question on everyone\u2019s mind about Celebrity Jeopardy!<\/p>\n

The newest installment airs every Friday night at 8 p.m. ET on ABC, and fans love seeing their favorite celebs return to test their trivia knowledge. With stars including Macaulay Culkin, Lisa Ann Walter, Ike Barinholtz<\/strong>, and more coming back after appearing on previous seasons, you have to wonder: Does the show make the questions easier for celebrities?<\/p>\n

Ken had the opportunity to dish on this and more when appearing<\/a> on Live With Kelly and Mark<\/a> on March 5. As he sat alongside Kelly Ripa<\/strong> and Mark Consuelos<\/strong>, Ken had a surprisingly candid answer.<\/p>\n

\u201cLet me ask you this,\u201d Kelly began in a clip of the interview posted on Instagram<\/a>. \u201cDo they make the questions easier for celebrities?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s a nice way to say that,\u201d Ken responded. \u201cYou didn\u2019t say dumbed down! No, Celebrity Jeopardy! is for-real Jeopardy!. Like our brand is like, \u2018smart people knowing smart stuff\u2019\u2014and that\u2019s true, even if it\u2019s the celebrity. [And] often, you can ask harder stuff about movies or theater to a group of celebrities. \u201d<\/p>\n

But that\u2019s not all Ken said about this element of Celebrity Jeopardy!. While he acknowledged that the celebrities are competing to win money for charities of their choice, he did add that there\u2019s one commonality in all the questions posed to contestants, famous or otherwise.<\/p>\n

\u201cEven in the regular show, we want people to be correct,\u201d he added. \u201cJeopardy! is never trying to stump anyone, because the show kind of fails if it\u2019s three people doing this. We want somebody to know it, and that\u2019s true of the celebrity shows. But it\u2019s still for real knowledge.\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite Ken saying that Celebrity Jeopardy! doesn\u2019t use easier questions for its competitors, fans had their own opinions.<\/p>\n

\u201cYES!! That\u2019s the only time I actually know the answers! \ud83d\ude02\ud83d\ude02,\u201d one person joked.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs a religious watcher of Jeopardy, I can assure you that yes, they are!!\u201d another penned.<\/p>\n

\u201cVery diplomatic of you, sir. Well said \ud83d\ude09,\u201d a different follower added.<\/p>\n

After we watch the next episode of Celebrity Jeopardy!, we\u2019ll just have to make that call for ourselves.<\/p>\n
