Perez Hilton<\/a> recently revealed a major health scare with photos and a video from a hospital bed \u2014 but what happened to the celebrity gossip blogger? Let\u2019s take a closer look.<\/p>\n On Saturday, March 21, Hilton, 46, took to Instagram<\/a> with photos of himself in a hospital bed. \u201cMarch madness indeed! Have I got a story to tell!\u201d he captioned the update.<\/p>\n The accompanying carousel of pictures showed him with his mother, Teresita Lavandeira, at a hospital in Las Vegas. He also featured shots of surgery scars on his abdomen, as well as of himself with a feeding tube, an oxygen mask, and a nasal cannula.<\/p>\n In the comments, fellow celebrities and followers showered Perez with well-wishes. Wild \u2018N Out<\/a><\/em> star Justina Valentine wrote, \u201cOh no!!! Perez, I hope you\u2019re feeling better !!! I\u2019ll pray for you.\u201d<\/p>\n Former The View<\/a><\/em> co-host Meghan McCain<\/a> commented, \u201cHope you\u2019re okay, honey! \ud83d\ude4f.\u201d<\/p>\n The Secret Life of the American Teenager<\/a><\/em> star Francia Raisa<\/a> echoed, \u201cWishing you a speedy recovery \ud83d\ude4f.\u201d<\/p>\n Hours later, Hilton returned with a follow-up video via Instagram<\/a> of himself at the hospital, writing, \u201cYou are angels, all of you at\u00a0@southernhillshospitallv<\/a>! \ud83d\ude4f.\u201d He wore an oxygen mask as he offered more information to his followers about his medical emergency.<\/p>\n \u201cBefore I tell you all this saga that I went through soon in full detail, I wanted to share something very important,\u201d he said in a voiceover over footage of him in a hospital bed. \u201cWhen I moved to Las Vegas three years ago, I heard horror stories about the healthcare here. But I needed to let everybody know that I went to Southern Hills Hospital, and I received the best care there. Everybody was amazing.\u201d<\/p>\n After naming his doctors and nurses, Perez added, \u201cI would not be home already if it weren\u2019t for you.\u201d<\/p>\n Hopefully, Perez will share more details about what happened to him in the coming days as he recovers from his health scare.
