While the actress has played coy, an expert has claimed the wedding rumor is an old Hollywood trick to promote a new movie. As per a celebrity branding expert, it is called \u201ccalculated catnip.\u201d<\/p>\n

For her film\u2019s promotions, the 29-year-old has so far been spotted in \u201csomething old, something new, something borrowed, something blue\u201d at interviews and events. And looking at the rumors and her wardrobe\u00a0choices, Borkowski thinks Zendaya is \u201ccreating atmosphere\u201d to make \u201cus want to engage with that story,\u201d he added, calling viral moments when Zendaya engages in wedding rumors \u201cepisodic.\u201d<\/p>\n

As per the expert, this all \u201ccreates noise and heat\u201d for a new project. Borkowski concluded, \u201cIt\u2019s not an accident \u2014 it\u2019s clever choreography. Everything she\u2019s done has been for marketing \u2018The Drama.’\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
