Adult pop is a more mature-leaning side of pop, and joined with the Pop Airplay and Adult Contemporary lists, it is the third and final pop tally in America.<\/p>\n

“I Just Might” marks Mars\u2019s fifth No. 1 on the Adult Pop Airplay chart. Only one other tune, “Uptown Funk,” his Grammy-winning collaboration with Mark Ronson, managed just one stay at the summit, although “I Just Might” is just getting started. Two other tracks, “Just the Way You Are” and “When I Was Your Man,” held on for a bit longer, while “Die With a Smile,” another smash that won him a golden gramophone which also credits Lady Gaga, commanded the tally for 10 periods. Ed Sheeran leads the way in this regard with eight rulers, while Shawn Mendes has scored just one more than either Mars and Bieber.<\/p>\n

Bruno Mars Ties Nickelback, Maroon 5 and Taylor Swift<\/h2>\n

Mars and his Canadian pop counterpart are also on the same level as Nickelback, as the rock group similarly snagged five leaders during its heyday. Maroon 5 and Taylor Swift are tied for the most No. 1s of all time on the Adult Pop Airplay chart, and they are in a distant first place. Those two acts have both landed 15 winners, more than three times as many as Mars, Bieber, or Nickelback on their own. In fact, both Maroon 5 and Taylor Swift have nabbed as many No. 1s on the Adult Pop Airplay rundown as Nickelback, Bieber, and Mars combined.<\/p>\n
