Model and actress Brooks Nader<\/a> is never one to shy away from sharing her truth, and the Baywatch <\/em>star opened up about her biggest beauty regret while speaking with People <\/em>at an event in Los Angeles over the weekend.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cYou know what, I probably shouldn\u2019t say this, but I\u2019m just gonna say it,\u201d the 29-year-old Baton Rogue native began. \u201cI had liposuction years ago and I forever regret it because I just didn\u2019t need it. And I feel like it created dimples and ripples and things … We just gotta do less with all that and like, be healthy.\u201d<\/p>\n <\/p>\n While on the red carpet at Clarins\u2019 \u201cA Night of Extra Beauty\u201d event at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures on Friday, March 20, Nader <\/a>shimmered in a figure-hugging spaghetti strap dress adorned with sequins. She wore her honey blonde locks loose and straight, and if we had to guess, she may have slicked her go-to Clarins Lip Perfector Peptide-Plumping and Hydrating Lip Gloss on before posing for photographers. In December 2025, she documented the process of dissolving her lip filler and has been incredibly transparent about her use of GLP-1s. In an interview<\/a> with Bustle <\/em>last November, Nader stated that her career \u201ctook off\u201d after she began taking weight loss drugs.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cIf I didn\u2019t get a job, I would say to [my old agency], \u2018Can we get feedback from the client?\u2019 The direct feedback was I needed to lose 30 pounds,\u201d she told the outlet. \u201cI didn\u2019t shed one tear over it. I don\u2019t feel bad for myself. I just say, \u2018The facts are they want me to lose weight. How can I achieve that?\u2019 The facts are that when I started GLP-1, my career took off. I\u2019m not saying it\u2019s O.K. I\u2019m not saying it\u2019s right. I think everybody is different\u2014but I lost 30 pounds, and I booked all the jobs.\u201d<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Nader\u2019s experience with the medication is documented in Season 1 of Love Thy Nader<\/em>, the Hulu reality series she stars in alongside sisters Sarah Jane, Mary Holland and Grace Ann.
