Here\u2019s everything you need to know, from the initial post by Jorginho to the latest update.<\/p>\n Ex-Arsenal footballer Jorginho took to Instagram to describe the \u201cupsetting situation.\u201d<\/p>\n He claimed the bodyguard acted in an \u201cextremely aggressive manner to both my wife and daughter,\u201d and that his daughter was \u201cextremely shaken and cried a lot.\u201d<\/p>\n Tagging Chappell Roan\u2019s account, he ended the message saying, \u201cIt\u2019s sad to see this kind of treatment coming from those who should understand the importance of fans.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cNo one should have to go through this, especially not a child,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n Following this, the mayor of Rio de Janeiro said Chappell will \u201cnever\u201d play in Brazil for the annual Todo Mundo no Rio festival due to the incident\u2014so long as he is mayor of the city, anyway.
