On Monday, March 23, the Superman star was captured by paparazzi during a daytime shoot for the Amazon MGM Studios classic fantasy film\u2019s reboot. <\/p>\n

The photos from the set feature Cavell in a battle-worn look, which was completed with dark pants, boots, and a visible facial scar, marking a rugged update from earlier, cleaner set photos at places like the Tower of London. <\/p>\n

Cavill plays the role of Connor Macleod, the immortal Scottish swordsman. The early footage showed him wearing a long coat and engaging in intense sword fighting, requiring training in 17 different styles.<\/p>\n

Stahelski’s Highlander<\/i>, a reboot of the 1986 cult film led by Christopher Lambert and Sean Connery, has spent several years in development, facing repeated delays along the way.
