Stern Architects on Avenue of the Stars that has long attracted celebrities from Rihanna to Matthew Perry and Candy Spelling.<\/p>\n
The\u00a0Real Housewives of Orange County\u00a0cast member and the plastic surgeon known for\u00a0Botched\u00a0have now paid Jonathan Woetzel of McKinsey & Company just under $13.8 million for another penthouse directly downstairs. The 37th-floor unit was first listed in late 2024 for nearly $16 million, briefly taken off the market, then reintroduced in summer 2025 at a slightly higher price before ultimately selling to the Dubrows at a\u00a0substantial\u00a0discount.<\/p>\n
