Friends of the Library Used Book Sale<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Cedar Park Public Library is hosting a secondhand sale, featuring books, DVDs and more. Proceeds will benefit the Cedar Park Public Library Foundation<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Crawfish Boil<\/strong><\/p>\n

The All Good and Pops Crawfish are teaming up to serve crawfish, corn, potatoes and sausage priced per pound.<\/p>\n

Mini-Con 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cosplayers and pop culture fans can visit the public library for the mini comic-con, celebrating all media forms and genres. The event is open to all ages and will feature a cosplay contest; vendors; a meet and greet with Austin Ghostbusters; live action role-playing, or LARPing, with Parks & Recreation; and more.<\/p>\n

Coloring Club + Sound Bath Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

Community members can visit The Backyard at Bell for a coloring session with Sweet Summer Stones Coloring Club and a mini sound bath by SoulScape. Coloring supplies and blankets for the sound bath will be provided.<\/p>\n

Puppet Show<\/strong><\/p>\n

Miss Jane and Miss Marissa will put on a puppet show for young library visitors. The suggested age range is infants to children age 5 and younger.<\/p>\n

Free Comic Book Day<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Secret Lantern Books and Games<\/a> is celebrating Free Comic Book Day by distributing titles by Titan Comics, Archie Comics, DC Comics and more.<\/p>\n

Star Wars Skate<\/strong><\/p>\n

Characters from the classic franchise will hit the ice at The Crossover\u2019s Ice and Field. Skaters can expect character appearances and music from DJ Paul Secrest.<\/p>\n

Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mothers, mentors and more can celebrate Mother\u2019s Day at SereniTea Cup with an afternoon tea. Attendees can sip on loose-leaf teas and snack on tea sandwiches, seasonal pastries and sweets.<\/p>\n

Live at Lakeline <\/strong><\/p>\n

The Williamson County Symphony Orchestra<\/a> will perform at Lakeline Park as part of the city\u2019s free live music series. The concert will include food tricks, beer and wine, lawn games and kids activities.<\/p>\n

Kayaking 101<\/strong><\/p>\n

Beginner kayakers can visit Brushy Creek Lake Park for an entry-level class. The program is open to anyone age 7 and up.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
