Kelly Osbourne<\/a> revealed her son Sidney is dealing with a common childhood illness.<\/p>\n On Monday, March 23, the reality star, 41, shared a photo on her Instagram Stories<\/a> of herself alongside her 3-year-old son. Earlier this week, a source told PEOPLE that the couple is navigating a tough time in their relationship<\/a> more than six months after the Slipknot member popped the question<\/a> in front of her family at dad Ozzy Osbourne<\/a>\u2019s final concert.<\/p>\n “She’s been in a challenging headspace for several reasons. It’s been very emotional for her. She’s had a lot going on,” a source told PEOPLE. “Ozzy’s death still affects her deeply. She’s very focused on being there for her mom right now. They’re incredibly close and that’s been her priority.”<\/p>\n The source added, “It’s been hard for Kelly and Sid to balance everything, especially with different priorities about where to spend time. This has put a strain on their relationship.”<\/p>\n On March 23, the Daily Mail<\/em> reported that Osbourne and Wilson had ended their engagement<\/a>. Reps for Osbourne and Wilson did not immediately return PEOPLE’s request for comment.<\/p>\n Back in November, Kelly celebrated her son Sidney’s third birthday<\/a> with sweet throwback shots of her little one with late dad Ozzy.<\/p>\n The proud mom shared a few Reels on her Instagram as she celebrated Sidney’s big day. In one video, Kelly included several shots of her son<\/a> with her late father, as well as her mom Sharon Osbourne<\/a>.<\/p>\n “I can\u2019t believe it\u2019s been 3 years already. I cried my eyes out making this reel. So much has happened in the most magical ways in the last three years,” Kelly wrote in her caption.<\/p>\n “Happy birthday my little angel I know what Papa is watching down on you so proud of the little man that you are becoming!
