\u201c[She] took frequent trips and vacations across the country \u2013 often every other weekend \u2013 enjoying plush resorts, VIP access to WWE events, and first class amenities, much of which she documented on her public Instagram and other social media accounts,\u201d according to a lawsuit filed against her by the school in December.<\/p>\n
Her WWE splurges included VIP meet-and-greet passes to at least one wrestling event, where she and her three kids were able to hang star wrestlers, according to a law enforcement source.<\/p>\n\n<\/aside>\nMisczak allegedly blew $650,000 on travel and entertainment, $150,000 on food delivery services,\u00a0 and hundreds of thousands of dollars on high-end luxury goods, the federal authorities said.<\/p>\n
She covered up the theft by \u201cmanipulating\u201d the school\u2019s internal accounting system to falsely show that the payments had been deposited into the school\u2019s bank account \u2014\u00a0 then deleted emails that would have revealed the scheme, according to the indictment.<\/p>\n
Misczak, who earned a paltry $40,000 annually from the school, was living far beyond her means as she paid for two apartments in Park Slope that cost her a total of\u00a0 $36,000 per-year, according to\u00a0the lawsuit, filed in Brooklyn civil court.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhen [the school] inquired about her lavish lifestyle, [she] falsely claimed that she was the beneficiary of substantial funds from her mother in Basel, Switzerland. Of course, this purported beneficiary was a ruse,\u201d the suit states.<\/p>\nMisczak allegedly \u201cmanipulating\u201d the school\u2019s internal accounting system to falsely show that payments had been deposited into the school\u2019s bank account \u2014 then deleted\u00a0emails that would have revealed the scheme. TikTok\/@kinderhausbrooklynny<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\nIt wasn\u2019t immediately clear how Misczak was eventually busted, but the school\u2019s principal learned about the scheme in October 2025 and\u00a0 \u201cwas forced to use her own personal savings to meet Plaintiff\u2019s payroll and operational obligations,\u201d the suit states.<\/p>\n
Misczak was hired by the preschool in 2013 and rose ranks to become director in 2020. It is unclear why she is so enthusiastic about professional wrestling.<\/p>\n
She\u2019s charged with wire fraud, money laundering and \u201cEngaging in Monetary Transactions in Criminally Derived Property.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cMy client looks forward to a fair resolution of this matter in court,\u201d\u00a0Misczak\u2019s lawyer,\u00a0Lowell Sidney, told The Post Wednesday.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
