Sublime<\/a>\u00a0have announced their first new album in 30 years, \u2018Until The Sun Explodes\u2019, which is also its first with Jakob Nowell on vocals.<\/p>\n

The ska legends first confirmed last year they were working on new music with help from Travis Barker <\/a>and that album has now materialised, almost exactly a year on.<\/p>\n

The album will be released on June 12 via Atlantic and features collaborations with H.R., Pennywise<\/a>\u2018s Fletcher Dragge, G. Love, FIDLAR<\/a>, and Skegss.<\/p>\n

To coincide with the announcement, Sublime have dropped the album\u2019s title track \u2013 check it out below. It finds Jakob paying tribute to his father, original Sublime vocalist Bradley Nowell, who died in 1996 when Jakob was less than a year old. \u201cUntil the sun blows up in the sky\/I owe you my life<\/em>,\u201d he sings.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the video moves through various locations in the band\u2019s hometown of Long Beach which have ties to the band\u2019s history, while also showcasing their connections to SoCal skate culture.<\/p>\n
