Good Morning Britain presenters Kate Garraway<\/a> and Rob Rinder have offered their congratulations to a colleague following her on-air engagement announcement.<\/p>\n

Throughout Thursday’s (March 26) episode of the ITV<\/a> breakfast programme, the pair returned to our television screens as they delivered the day’s major news stories from across the UK and internationally.<\/p>\n

Nevertheless, competitions presenter Andi Peters<\/a> was eager to share some wonderful news regarding one of their colleagues, who works behind the cameras.<\/p>\n

While promoting the programme’s competition live from Milan, Andi was accompanied by Molly and disclosed that she had recently become engaged.<\/p>\n

Following the latest competition information, Andy informed Kate and Rob: “Oh, and by the way, this is a member of my team and she just got engaged.”, reports the Mirror<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Kate offered her congratulations before remarking: “That was a bit quick on the ring. We need to see a bit more of that next time.”<\/p>\n

Andy subsequently called Molly back in front of the camera to display the beautiful ring on her finger.<\/p>\n

Kate said: “How gorgeous. Well done, congratulations” before Andy joked: “I’d say he’s batting, ’cause Molly’s lovely.”<\/p>\n

This isn’t the first occasion the programme has broadcast an engagement revelation, as Richard Arnold previously expressed his backing for ITV personality Davina McCall after she announced her engagement.<\/p>\n

On that occasion, the presenter demonstrated his support for The Masked Singer panellist alongside hosts Richard Madeley and Susanna Reid.<\/p>\n

Davina confirmed her engagement to partner Michael Douglas last year, with her spokesperson verifying reports.<\/p>\n

Richard said he was “none the wiser” after encountering the couple on the red carpet at the National Television Awards, although he observed they appeared “giddy”.<\/p>\n

Richard added: “Will he be sliding a gold ring on it?” before sharing an interesting fact: “Did you know that if all the gold in the world were put into one place, it would fit into a cube 70 feet by 70 feet.” Davina has since married Michael in December in an intimate ceremony.<\/p>\n
