The dystopian world of Gilead gets a coming-of-age story in “The Testaments<\/strong>” (Hulu, April 8), a spinoff from “The Handmaid’s Tale” starring Chase Infiniti and Lucy Halliday with Ann Dowd returning as Aunt Lydia.<\/p>\n Elizabeth Banks plays a woman who is shrunk to the size of a Barbie doll in “The Miniature Wife<\/strong>” (Peacock, April 9). Just as he reignites the failing tourist trade, the old legends start to repeat themselves.<\/p>\n The Spanish-language eight-episode limited series “House of the Spirits<\/strong>” (Prime Video, April 29), adapted from the acclaimed novel by Isabel Allende, follows three generations of women in a conservative South American country during a period of upheaval.<\/p>\n Yahya Abdul-Mateen II is the former Special Forces soldier hired to protect the young witness (Billie Boullet) to a crime in “Man on Fire<\/strong>” (Netflix, April 30), based on the novels of A.J.
