Security guard Pascal Duvier <\/b>publicly apologized for his involvement in Chappell Roan<\/b><\/a>\u2019s viral incident with an 11-year-old fan.<\/p>\n \u201cI take full responsibility for the interactions on March 21st,\u201d Duvier wrote via Instagram<\/span><\/a> on March 26, 2026. \u201cI was at the hotel on behalf of another individual, and I was not part of the personal security team of Chappell Roan. The actions I took were not on behalf of Chappell Roan, her personal security team, her management or any other individuals.\u201d<\/p>\n Professional soccer player Jorginho <\/b>claimed earlier in March 2026 that his stepdaughter was harassed <\/span><\/a>by Roan\u2019s team for trying to approach the singer at breakfast in the hotel where both individuals were staying in Brazil. (Jorginho\u2019s wife, Catherine Harding<\/b>, previously welcomed daughter Ada with ex Jude Law <\/b>in 2015.)<\/p>\n \u201cI made a judgment call based on information we obtained from the hotel, events I had witnessed in the days prior and the heightened overall security risk of our location,\u201d Duvier added in his apology. \u201cMy sole interaction with the mother was calm and with good intentions, and the outcome of the encounter is regretful.\u201d<\/p>\n As for Roan, the pop star denied that Duvier worked for her<\/span><\/a> nor did any fan attempt to approach her.<\/p>\n \u201cNo one bothered me.
