Jeremiah Duggar<\/strong> shared his first social media post amid his brother Joseph\u2019<\/a>s<\/strong> arrest over child molestation charges.<\/a><\/p>\n

Posting via Instagram<\/a> on Thursday, March 26, Jeremiah, 27, shared a tribute to his wife Hannah<\/strong> in honor of their fourth wedding anniversary.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s officially been 4 years since we tied the knot. My love for you is deeper now than ever before,\u201d Jeremiah captioned the post, which featured a carousel of couple selfies.<\/p>\n

He added, \u201cYou are the most incredible wife, and I am so grateful our girls can look up to you as the ultimate role model in their life. Happy 4 year anniversary Hannah!\u201d<\/p>\n

Jeremiah had limited comments on the post.<\/p>\n

Jeremiah\u2019s post comes after Joseph, 31, was arrested on March 18 for allegedly molesting a girl<\/a> during a Florida vacation.<\/p>\n

The alleged victim, now 14, claimed in a police statement that Joseph \u201ceventually apologized for his actions and the incidents stopped after the apology.\u201d<\/p>\n

Joseph, however, remains in jail and is facing multiple charges including two counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor.<\/p>\n

Us Weekly<\/em> confirmed days later that Joseph\u2019s wife, Kendra, was arrested on Friday, March 20. She was released that same day on a $1,470 bond.<\/p>\n

In addition to his solo charges, Joseph and Kendra, 27, are both facing charges of endangering the welfare of a minor and four counts of second-degree false imprisonment.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s currently waiting to be transferred from Arkansas to Florida and he\u2019ll be facing trial on child molestation charges in Florida,\u201d Rachael Bennett<\/strong>, a certified family law specialist and senior attorney at Sullivan Law & Associates, told Us<\/em> on Thursday after looking into Joseph\u2019s case. \u201cHe\u2019s also been charged with the same child endangerment crimes as Kendra [Duggar] related to the home inspection, but those are, I would say, considered secondary.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bennett explained, \u201cIf he\u2019s convicted in Florida, these specific charges could result in a life in prison sentence and if a life sentence isn\u2019t given, Florida law requires what\u2019s called a \u2018split sentence,\u2019 which requires a minimum of 25 years in prison followed by lifetime probation.\u201d<\/p>\n

Joseph is the second of Jim Bob Duggar<\/strong> and Michelle Duggar\u2019s<\/strong> children to be arrested in recent years. Their eldest son, Josh Duggar<\/strong>, was sentenced in May 2022 to 12 years in prison for possession of child pornography.<\/p>\n

Joseph\u2019s brother Jason<\/strong> and his wife Maddie Grace Duggar<\/strong> released a joint statement<\/a> via Instagram on Thursday, March 26 following news of Joseph\u2019s arrest.<\/p>\n
