He also serves as CFO at Birketu, the private company owned by billionaire Bruce Gordon, who also owns WIN and is the largest individual shareholder in Nine, holding a 25% stake in the media group.<\/p>\n<p>Halios-Lewis becomes the second WIN senior executive to be included on the Nine board, joining CEO Andrew Lancaster, who has served as a Nine director since 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Last month, Nine <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.c21media.net\/news\/nine-secures-new-grand-slam-deal-locking-in-wimbledon-till-2029-exits-regional-tv\/\">agreed to sell<\/a> its TV news station in Northern New South Wales, NBN Television, to WIN for A$15.8m(US$10.9m).
