KANSAS CITY, Mo. \u2014 With talks heating up of a new contender for the Jackson County Executive office, the current executive joins FOX4\u2019s 4 the People to discuss his future.<\/p>\n

Phil LeVota has insisted he would not seek election to a full term this fall. He made those comments during and after his selection by the Jackson County Legislature.<\/p>\n

Missouri\u2019s new congressional maps will go into effect for 2026 midterm elections, judge rules <\/a><\/p>\n

However, is he reconsidering?<\/p>\n

4 the People\u2019s John Holt asks him to see where he stands, and discuss other issues: property tax assessments, the Kansas City Royals\u2019 plans for a new stadium and more.<\/p>\n

Then, we go on location with the nonprofit Enterprise KC. It\u2019s working to interest middle and high school students in STEM careers, noting the many opportunities for them right here in the metro.<\/p>\n
