They also allegedly <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/03\/05\/celebrity-news\/britney-spears-caught-with-unknown-substance-in-car-before-dui-arrest\/\">discovered an unknown substance<\/a> inside her car during her arrest and she is believed to have been <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/03\/05\/celebrity-news\/britney-spears-believed-to-be-on-cocktail-of-alcohol-and-drugs-during-dui-arrest\/\">on a cocktail of alcohol and drugs<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>She was released the following morning, per arrest records from the Ventura County Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>A spokesman for the Ventura County District Attorney\u2019s Office told the California Post, \u201cThe DUI case against Britney Spears has been submitted to the Ventura County District Attorney\u2019s Office and is under review by our prosecutors.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>She also shared several social media posts from inside the yacht.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Spears shares Sean Preston (left) and Jayden James with ex Kevin Federline. <span class=\"credit\">Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The statement continued, \u201cPart of that review might include seeking additional information and evidence. A filing decision will be made before the scheduled May 4, 2026, court date.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Following her arrest, a\u00a0source close to the \u201cToxic\u201d singer told Page Six that both her sons, whom she shares with ex-husband Kevin Federline, were offering their support.<\/p>\n<p>Jayden has <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/03\/06\/celebrity-news\/britney-spears-son-jayden-rushes-to-her-side-after-dui-arrest\/\">been seen at her house multiple times<\/a>, and she even <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/03\/27\/celebrity-news\/britney-spears-breaks-silence-after-dui-arrest\/\">broke her social media silence<\/a> with several videos of them at her mansion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHer sons are with her right now.
