Britney Spears<\/strong><\/a> is spending time with her eldest son, Preston<\/strong>, after her recent DUI arrest.<\/p>\n

In photos shared via Instagram<\/a> on Sunday, March 29, Spears was all smiles as she stood next to her 20-year-old son and tilted her head to the side. Preston gave a closed-mouth smile as he wrapped his arm around his mom\u2019s shoulder.<\/p>\n

Spears styled her long blonde hair down, wearing a pink cropped shirt and a pair of black shades, while Preston donned a white T-shirt. In another snap, Preston did not smile as Spears looked straight ahead.<\/p>\n

She captioned the post, \u201c\ud83c\udf39\ud83d\udde1\ufe0f\ud83c\udf39\u26f3\ufe0f.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tBritney Spears is back on Instagram three weeks after her DUI arrest. Spears, 44, took to the social media site on Friday, March 27, with a video featuring her son Jayden, 19, whom she shares with ex-husband Kevin Federline. (The pair are also parents of son Sean Preston, 20.) The montage featured several clips of [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Spears\u2019 upload came after the singer was arrested earlier this month<\/a> in Ventura County, California, \u201con suspicion of driving under the influence of a combination of alcohol and drugs,\u201d per a press release from the California Highway Patrol.<\/p>\n

The pop star was taken into custody late in the evening on March 4 and sent to a hospital to test her blood alcohol content, before being booked and released the following morning<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis was an unfortunate incident that is completely inexcusable,\u201d Spears\u2019 rep told Us Weekly<\/em> at the time. \u201cBritney is going to take the right steps and comply with the law, and hopefully this can be the first step in long overdue change that needs to occur in Britney\u2019s life. Hopefully, she can get the help and support she needs during this difficult time.\u201d<\/p>\n

The statement noted that Spears was receiving support from sons Preston and Jayden, 19, and her friends and family. (Spears shares her kids with ex Kevin Federline<\/strong>.)<\/p>\n
