In her caption, Hilaria revealed that her son Leonardo, 9, ended up in the hospital after splitting his forehead open.<\/p>\n “I love that my family came to meet me after my work trip. Such a special time to be here together \ud83e\udd0d,” she wrote in her caption. “Trigger warning: Leo split his forehead open and we were well taken care of in the hospital.”<\/p>\n “So grateful for the kindness and care. Other than that, it\u2019s been beach, together, practicing walking like \ud83e\udd80\ud83d\ude02. Memories made.
