While Chris Pratt chatted with Extra<\/em> about his new film, The Super Mario Galaxy Movie,<\/em> he shared how special it has been exploring Tokyo with his 13-year-old son Jack<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Elsewhere in the interview, Pratt also sent love to his wife Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt and their three younger children<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Previously, during a conversation with Today, <\/em>the actor revealed his younger kids haven\u2019t seen any movies<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Chris Pratt<\/a> is enjoying some “really special” time with his oldest.<\/p>\n The Super Mario Galaxy<\/em> Movie<\/em> star, 46, chatted with Extra<\/em><\/a> while riding a double-decker bus in Tokyo alongside his costars Donald Glover<\/a> and Charlie Day<\/a>. During the conversation, Pratt shared how “really special” it has been exploring the city with his son Jack<\/a>, 13, whom he shares with ex Anna Faris.<\/a><\/p>\n “It’s surreal. It’s special for me because I brought my son, who’s 13, and he loves Japanese food and sushi and Japanese culture,” Pratt said. “And, so to be able to share this part of my life with him and to explore this part of the world with him makes it really special.”<\/p>\n Elsewhere in the conversation, the doting dad, who’s also a father to daughters Eloise, 3, and Lyla<\/a>, 5, and son Ford, 16 months, shared some extra love for his family.<\/p>\n “I would love to give some extra love to my wife, Katherine [Schwarzenegger Pratt<\/a>], and my other three children \u2014 Lyla, Eloise and Ford,” he said. “If somehow you’re watching this, Daddy loves you. Daddy misses you, and I’ll see you home soon.”<\/p>\n Earlier this month, the Guardians of the Galaxy<\/em> actor sat down with Today<\/em><\/a> to talk about returning to the Super Mario Brother’s franchise and reclaiming his role as Mario. When asked if his kids think he’s “cool” for starring in the film, he revealed that only his oldest son has seen the movie. The proud dad added that his younger children have yet to watch any movies.<\/p>\n “My 5-year-old, my 3-year-old and my 1-year-old have never seen movies,” the actor told Craig Melvin on Today<\/em>. “Katherine is very old-school when it comes to screens and technology and all of that stuff. During an exclusive interview with PEOPLE<\/a> earlier this month, the doting mom told PEOPLE that her husband’s humor helps them during “challenging” times.<\/p>\n “For a variety of reasons, I’m grateful that I married Chris. But one of them … [is] being able to have someone who brings humor in challenging times,” the author, 36, told PEOPLE in an exclusive interview. “Even when not funny, someone who can also make you laugh in a really hard time is really important.”<\/p>\n “He definitely does that, so I’m really grateful for that,” she added.<\/p>\n
