Kim Zolciak<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s ex Kroy Biermann<\/strong><\/a> is reportedly seeking sole custody of their minor children.<\/p>\n

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly<\/em>\u00a0on Monday, March 30, Biermann, 40, asked a Georgia state judge to immediately change the pair\u2019s current joint custody arrangement.<\/p>\n

The former football player is reportedly seeking primary custody of his and Zolciak\u2019s children KJ, 14, Kash, 13, and twins Kaia and Kane, 11. (Zolciak is also the mother of daughters Brielle, 28, and Ariana, 24, from previous relationships, whom Biermann legally adopted during their marriage.)<\/p>\n

Biermann claimed in the filing that Zolciak, 47, had exhibited \u201cblatant mismanagement of basic parenting responsibilities would be practically unbelievable to anyone not familiar with the circumstances.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tKim Zolciak accused her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, of stalking another person\u2019s home she was at and demanded he be thrown in jail for contempt, Us Weekly can exclusively report. Zolciak, 47, filed court documents in their never-ending divorce battle on August 15. In the heavily redacted filing, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

He alleged that Zolciak has been out of the country and has failed to exercise her parenting time. He also claimed that during one evening when Zolciak had the children, one of the minors was bitten by a dog.<\/p>\n

Us<\/em> has reached out to Zolciak and Biermann\u2019s reps for comment.<\/p>\n

Zolciak and Biermann have been entangled in a messy legal battle since their 2023 split. The pair filed for divorce in May 2023 after 11 years of marriage. The Real Housewives of Atlanta<\/em> alum and Biermann have yet to come to a settlement as they\u2019ve been at odds over multiple items, including custody of their minor children. Us<\/em> previously reported that Zolciak and Biermann\u2019s current custody plan allows them to each have two children at all times.<\/p>\n

Last year, Biermann requested sole custody<\/a> of the children. In an August 2025 filing obtained by Us, Biermann claimed that their kids lacked \u201cproper parental guidance while in\u201d Zolciak\u2019s care as she \u201cfrequently leaves them alone or under the care of others for significant periods of time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Biermann also alleged that the children were subjected to \u201cemotional and psychological abuse\u201d by Zolciak. A rep for Zolciak adamantly denied the claims.<\/p>\n

In docs filed on Thursday, September 14, and obtained by Us Weekly, Biermann, 37, alleged that Zolciak-Biermann, 45, has spent \u201clittle time at home\u201d with their kids: sons Kroy \u201cKJ\u201d Jr., 12, and Kash, 11, and twins [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The following month, Zolciak exclusively spoke to Us<\/em><\/a> about her ongoing divorce from Biermann.<\/p>\n
