Lo Bosworth is opening up about why she didn’t attend the Laguna Beach<\/em> reunion in Santa Monica, Calif., on March 26<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n The former reality star said she’s undergoing surgery after the birth of her daughter Nelle, whom she welcomed earlier this year<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n On Instagram, Bosworth revealed how she still participated in the nostalgia at home in New York<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Lo Bosworth<\/a> wasn’t at the Laguna Beach<\/em> reunion because she’s riding the wave of motherhood.<\/p>\n The Love Wellness founder, who starred in the teen reality show, revealed why she didn’t attend the much-anticipated cast reunion on Thursday, March 26 \u2014 but how she still celebrated at home.<\/p>\n In an Instagram video<\/a>, Bosworth, 39, said her absence at the party for The Reunion: Laguna Beach<\/em> (airing April 10) was because she lives in New York City and just gave birth to her baby girl Nelle<\/a> (her first child with husband Dom Natale<\/a>). She also said she’s preparing to undergo post-pregnancy surgery in the coming days.<\/p>\n “I have to get some placenta removed next week surgically that was accidentally left behind,” Bosworth explained.<\/p>\n In the caption, Bosworth assured her fans that she still dressed on-theme while commemorating remotely. “I wore my black and white outfit at home yesterday in solidarity,” she wrote.<\/p>\n Last week’s nostalgic get-together saw Laguna Beach<\/em> alums Lauren Conrad<\/a>,\u00a0Kristin Cavallari<\/a>\u00a0and Stephen Colletti<\/a> dressed in coordinating white outfits<\/a> that seemed a likely nod to the show’s first episode titled “A Black and White Affair.” The episode introduced the love triangle between Colletti, Conrad and Cavallari.<\/p>\n
