didn\u2019t even have to click my heels to be gifted with the news that new Ariana Grande<\/a> music might be right around the corner.<\/p>\n

For the past couple of years, the Grammy winner has been deep in Oz-ian mode<\/a>, promoting the Wicked<\/em><\/a> and Wicked: For Good<\/em><\/a> films, in which she portrays Glinda the Good (in a performance that earned her an Oscar nomination<\/a> for Best Supporting Actress). Now, Grande is gearing up to hit the road for her Eternal Sunshine Tour<\/a>, which begins in Oakland, California on June 6\u2026 but it appears she may be gearing up to release a new album, too.<\/p>\n

Over the weekend, to celebrate the one-year anniversary of her Eternal Sunshine: Brighter Days Ahead<\/em><\/a> deluxe LP, Grande uploaded a mysterious message to her fan hotline [+1 (934) 333-7273].<\/p>\n

To commemorate the anniversary and build excitement for her upcoming tour, Grande said: \u201cHello! And thank you for calling the Brighter Days Ahead hotline. We just wanted to say thank you all so much to all of our loyal customers for making this last year together something we\u2019ll never want to forget. Our staff here at Brighter Days are so looking forward to continuing our mission of bringing happiness and healing to as many as we can this summer in person.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

However, it was at the end of the message where Grande seemed to hint at the release of her eighth studio album, saying: \u201cWe\u2019re counting down the 8s\u2014oops! I mean the days. We\u2019ll see you this summer, and remember, there are always brighter days ahead.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

The same message was shared by a fan account to Instagram, set to a looping clip from Grande\u2019s Brighter Days Ahead <\/em>short film, and Grande herself ended up reposting the video to her Instagram Story.<\/p>\n

Better yet, only a few days prior, Grande shared a series of selfies<\/a>, which appeared to be taken from within a studio. Eagle-eyed fans<\/a> noticed that it seemingly belonged<\/a> to none other than powerhouse producer and Grande\u2019s former collaborator, Max Martin.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s entirely possible that Grande may release new music before she embarks on her fifth headlining tour. Originally, the concert was believed to support her sixth and seventh studio albums, Positions <\/em>and Eternal Sunshine<\/em>, respectively. It\u2019s been a little over two years since the latter was first released.<\/p>\n
