He adds that she was out of the country from Feb. 26 to March 29, albeit one night on March 9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Biermann further alleges that during one of those nights of Zolciak&#8217;s parenting, one of their minor children suffered a dog bite.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Zolciak denies Biermann&#8217;s claims in a statement to PEOPLE on Monday, March 31.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">&#8220;These accusations are completely false and nothing more than a deliberate attempt by Kroy to defame my character. I spent five weeks away working on two TV shows to support my family and make sure my children are cared for\u2014something I will never apologize for,&#8221; she shares.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">&#8220;I refuse to be bullied or have lies twisted into a narrative about who I am. I will not stay silent, the truth is on my side, and it will come to light\u2014no matter how hard anyone tries to bury it.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">A rep for Biermann did not immediately respond to PEOPLE&#8217;s request for comment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The former couple share twins Kaia and Kane, sons Kash and Kroy Jr., as well as Zolciak&#8217;s daughters from her previous relationship, Ariana, 24, and Brielle, 29.
